We currently provide our luxury services throughout most of the Houston metropolitan area and selected nearby communities. The main difference is emotional well-being. At Oh My Dog, there is no contact with other dogs, no loud industrial dryers, and zero cage-related anxiety. The environment is quiet, controlled, and familiar—since they are at their own home—resulting in a much happier and more relaxed pet after every session.

It depends on the breed and coat type, but generally, we recommend a professional session every 4 to 6 weeks. Regular grooming is essential not just for looking good, but for preventing matting, managing shedding, and keeping your pet’s skin and paws healthy.

For safety reasons and to keep your pet calm, we kindly ask that pet parents stay outside the van. Pets are usually much more relaxed and cooperative when they don’t see their owners, allowing us to build a bond and complete the groom safely.

Absolutely! We love taking care of the whole family. If you have more than one pet, we can schedule back-to-back appointments during a single visit to your home. This is the ultimate convenience for multi-pet owners, saving you multiple trips to a salon while ensuring all your best friends get the premium care they deserve in one go.

The Mobile Experience & Logistics

Not at all! Our luxury mobile spa is 100% self-sufficient. We come fully equipped with our own quiet power generator, climate control system, and a large tank of fresh, warm water. You don’t need to provide anything but your pet and a place to park!

We simply need a relatively flat and safe parking spot. A standard driveway or a designated street parking space right in front of your home or apartment building works perfectly. Our van is designed to fit comfortably in most residential areas without blocking traffic.

Most appointments take between 1 to 2 hours. The exact time depends on your pet’s breed, size, coat condition, and the specific services requested. We never rush; we focus on quality and comfort.

Booking & Payments

We recommend booking at least 2 to 3 days in advance to secure your preferred time slot. However, during holidays and peak seasons, our schedule fills up much faster, so earlier booking is always encouraged. To guarantee consistency for your pet, we also offer the option to rebook at the end of your session to secure your next spot!

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to fill the spot with another client. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

Not at all! Our state-of-the-art mobile spa is 100% self-contained. We carry our own fresh, warm water and have an independent power source. All we need is a relatively flat place to park, and we’re ready to pamper your pup!
